Last Updated: October 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RFIDTag.com (the “Website”), operated by ACCUZ PTE. LTD. (“ACCUZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
2. Website Purpose
The Website provides information about RFID tags, RFID transponders, industrial identification products, and related products and services.
Product descriptions, technical specifications, images, and application examples are provided for general informational purposes and do not automatically constitute a binding offer.
3. Product Specifications and Compatibility
RFID products may use different frequencies, protocols, chips, antenna designs, materials, and form factors. Compatibility and performance depend on the specific product and application.
Before ordering, customers should confirm relevant requirements, including:
Operating frequency and applicable communication standards.
Chip type, memory, supported commands, and data format.
Compatibility with the intended RFID reader, antenna, software, and system.
Read range and performance requirements.
Installation environment, including exposure to metal, liquids, temperature, moisture, chemicals, or mechanical stress.
Required dimensions, mounting methods, enclosure materials, and durability.
Encoding, authentication, security, and integration requirements.
A product’s compatibility with one reader or system does not guarantee compatibility with another.
Any stated read range or performance figure is indicative unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement for the specific application.
Customers are responsible for verifying suitability through appropriate testing before deployment, particularly where products will be integrated into industrial, logistics, asset-tracking, access-control, or other operational systems.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and current. However, product images may be illustrative, and product appearance or specifications may vary by model, customization, production revision, or supplier availability.
Final specifications, quantities, customization requirements, and commercial conditions should be confirmed in writing before production.
5. Quotations and Orders
Quotations are based on the specified product, quantity, customization, technical requirements, and commercial conditions.
An inquiry or quotation request does not constitute an accepted order. Orders are subject to written confirmation and the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase agreement, or other agreed sales terms.
Any changes to product specifications or requirements may affect pricing, production lead time, and delivery schedules.
6. Customization and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, identification data, encoding instructions, and other materials you provide are accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them.
You authorize us to use these materials to prepare proofs, manufacture products, and fulfill your order.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you must review and approve relevant specifications and proofs before production.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the products are used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and that the intended application is properly validated.
7. Samples and Testing
Samples may be required to evaluate compatibility, read performance, installation conditions, or other application-specific requirements.
Any sample results are specific to the tested configuration and conditions. Results from a sample test do not necessarily guarantee identical performance in a different environment or system.
Sample availability, charges, production schedules, and testing arrangements will be confirmed separately where applicable.
